What is Kajsa?
Kajsa is a voice-first personal assistant. You talk to her like a person — she turns what you say into tasks, reminders and memories, and repeats back exactly what she did.
What are contexts?
Contexts are the worlds you switch between, for example Work, Founder and Private. Each has its own lists. On My day you tap a context and see only what belongs there. You can add, rename or remove contexts anytime in Settings.
Can I forward emails to Kajsa?
Soon. Every account gets a personal Kajsa address. Forward an email that needs action and she turns it into one clear task in the right context.
How is this different from a to-do app?
No forms, no projects, no tags. You just talk. Kajsa keeps the few things that matter today in Focus (you choose 1, 3 or 5), keeps work, side projects and private life apart in contexts, and remembers everything you teach her — like a second brain.
Can I ask her general questions too?
Yes. Behind Kajsa sits the same class of AI as the leading chat assistants, so you can ask about anything — combined with what she knows about your life.
Which languages does she speak?
English and Swedish, both voice and text. She answers in the language you use.
What does it cost?
€5.90 per month after a 7-day free trial. No lock-in — cancel anytime in Settings and you keep access until the period ends.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — iPhone, Android and desktop. Add Kajsa to your home screen for the full experience with voice and notifications.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your tasks, conversations and memories belong to your account only. You can export everything or delete your account in Settings. Read more in our privacy policy.
Can she add things to my calendar?
Yes. Ask Kajsa to add something and she creates a calendar file that opens directly in your phone's calendar app — one tap to save.
